DAMS-9000

Data Acquisition & Management System

  • Developed based on the R.O.C. CEMS regulation and its appendices, this system fully complies with the regulations.
  • All original data, monitoring data, and calibration results are stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database, ensuring storage for over six years with regular backups.
  • The actual time of reading the original data has an error margin of within one second compared to the set reading time, meeting the requirements of Appendix 10(II)1. and 2. of the regulations.
  • For stationary sources and pollution control equipment, it automatically determines conditions for start-stop, normal operation, and temporary suspension based on the submitted report. The system automatically judges and switches states for the operation of pollution control equipment.
  • Automatically determines the status of routine calibration tests, invalid data, lost data, exceedances, and past substitute values.
  • Provides manual switching for situations like authority audits, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, replacement of monitoring facilities, and power outages.
  • Automatically applies water content and bias adjustment factors (BAF) from the relative accuracy test audit report by the inspection and measurement organization from midnight the day after receiving the report.
  • The measurement range settings are fixed in the system code and cannot be arbitrarily changed.
  • Program codes related to data calculation and logical determination are written in independent reference files to comply with the regulatory requirements for archiving.
  • Places system parameters in separate reference files or database tables.

Kinetics Product

Based on the R.O.C. CEMS regulation, a data acquisition and processing system has been developed. This system is built upon a software package developed by an international team specializing in industrial control, ensuring stability and reliability. PUREWEB Engine Technology offers maximum convenience, allowing client-side monitoring without any third-party software installation. Clients can directly access the control graphics via built-in browsers on various devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, etc.) and obtain 100% operational authority.
