Modular Nitrogen Generator MNG-9000 is based on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce up to 1000 cc/min of Nitrogen with purity better than 99.9995% laboratory high grade by removing oxygen from air to less than 1 ppm and HC pollutants to less than 0.05 ppm. The Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) is installed in the pressurized tank, which adsorbs oxygen and moisture content at higher pressure and releases unwanted compounds during regeneration (depressurization). MNG-9000 is ex-proof designed for Ex Zone 2 IIC Area (TS certification is ongoing). Compared to traditional gas cylinder, MNG-9000 not only saves the storage space and time to replace those cylinders, but it also provides safer working environment by robust design of PSA structure. All operations can be performed on touch screen easily.
