MSCS-9000

Modular Sample Conditioning System – Permeation Dryer Type

  • Chemical resistant design, all sample gas wetted parts are PVDF or PFA Teflon family.
  • Full Path Electric Heating: Heats the entire moisture-laden sample path to 80±10 ℃, keeping all gases in the system above their dew point.
  • Two-stage permeation dryers to remove moisture down to -25 ℃ dew point.
  • Two filters achieve 0.01 μm filtration to remove dust from the sample completely to extend the lifetime of analyzers.
  • Temperature monitoring and control for heat-traced bundles and initiates an alarm if failure occurs.
  • Modularized flow meter design for analyzer flow, system calibration flow, and permeation dryer purge gas flow.
  • Measure water concentration by Wet-Dry-Basis Oxygen Method (optional).
  • Low flow switch is optional for low flow alarm.
  • Modularized solenoid valve design for zero, span, and system calibration.
  • Calibrated moisture detector (set at +5 ℃ dew point) to protect the analyzer by stopping the sample pump when detected (optional).

Kinetics Product

The MSCS-9000 is a modular sample conditioning system designed explicitly for the NMHC-9000, MGA-9000 analyzers, and other third-party analyzers. Suitable for installation in a standard 19" rack or wall-mounted enclosure, its primary objective is to ensure durable operating conditions for the analyzers and provide superior protection. The MSCS-9000 integrates adjustments and monitoring capabilities for pressure, temperature, flow rate, and humidity, all consolidated within a compact housing.
