Kinetics ─ Emerges as a Leader in Analyzer Systems at Automation Taipei 2025
Taipei, Taiwan – Kinetics, a leading provider of analyzer systems and solutions for 25 years, unveiled its latest series of analyzer systems at Automation Taipei 2025. Committed to advancing global industrial and environmental sustainability, Kinetics. leverages its extensive experience and development capabilities to continuously innovate and provide total solutions for process, environmental, and industrial safety analytics to a wide array of industries, including petrochemicals, refining, power generation, cement, steel, paper, agriculture, automotive, semiconductors, and natural gas, as well as research institutions.
Featured innovations include the "Modular Online Ion Chromatograph MIC-9000," designed for boiler water quality monitoring and ion analysis in large-scale power plants; the "LNI HG-SB Series Sub-Atmospheric Pressure Hydrogen Generator," specifically developed for semiconductor manufacturing processes; the "Portable Modular Multi-Component Gas Analysis System CEMSP-9000," capable of monitoring heavy oil combustion for cargo ships; and the "Modular FTIR Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)," engineered for process and emissions monitoring in high-demand environments such as chemical plants, incinerators, and the steel, cement, and semiconductor industries. These advanced technologies and total solutions aim to create new possibilities for related industries worldwide.
"Kinetics is a global leader in analyzer systems and solutions," stated CEO Mr. Jones Chang. "We not only assist our clients in overcoming their current challenges but also help meet the critical need for better air quality, fulfilling our mission to protect the environment."
A key highlight is the "LNI HG-SB Series Sub-Atmospheric Pressure Hydrogen Generator," which has earned both SEMI S2 and S8 safety certifications for semiconductor equipment. This system provides a stable output of high-purity hydrogen, delivering up to 600 ml/min at a purity of 99.9999%. It has already helped a major semiconductor manufacturer save nearly NT$10 million annually on costs associated with sub-atmospheric pressure hydrogen cylinders.
Another key highlight, the "Portable Modular Multi-Component Gas Analysis System CEMSP-9000," allows for single-person deployment for flue gas audits. A single unit can simultaneously monitor six gases: nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and oxygen (O2). Its portable sampling probe and sample conditioning system ensure the sampling process complies with regulatory requirements. The system is currently undergoing both shipboard monitoring with a major shipping company and marine certification.
As Taiwan's leading system integrator specializing in innovative analyzer solutions, Kinetics solves the industry's most pressing challenges by integrating cutting-edge technology, deep professionalism, and sophisticated design for clients. This commitment to excellence not only empowers clients but also actively promotes Taiwan's technical expertise on the global stage, positioning Kinetics as a driving force for sustainable development in industries worldwide.
